NEC Computers also offers direct technical support through its Technical
Support Center. (Technical support is for U.S. and Canadian customers
only; international customers should check with their sales provider.)
Direct assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call the NEC
Computers Technical Support Center, toll free, at
Canada only) for the following support.
T System hardware — toll-free phone support is limited to the length of
the standard warranty.
T Preinstalled software — toll-free phone support for 90 days from the
time of your first call to the Technical Support Center.
Please have available your system's name, model number, serial number,
and as much information as possible about your system's problem before
calling.
For outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact your local NEC
Computers sales provider.
