Operation

Starting the Trimmer

1. Ensure that the vents on the trimmer are clear of any dust and debris.
2. Ensure that the rod guard is lowered and align the cavity in the
battery pack with the tongue on the handle housing
3. Push the battery pack into the handle until the battery locks into the
latch (Figure

4. To start the trimmer, squeeze the lockout trigger, then squeeze the
run trigger

Slide the two-speed switch to change the speed of the
trimmer.
