ECdrive T2 Product family Installation 5.7. 1 Mount the single roller carriage on the door leaf (optional) In a system with double roller carriages, continue with chapter 5.7.2. Mount the single roller carriage on the door leaf Screw the roller carriage (1) onto the door leaf. Position the single roller carriage in the suspension profile and fix in place.
Page 14
Installation ECdrive T2 Product family Aligning the door leaves: Suspend the roller carriages in the track. Adjust the height of the door leaf with the screw (1). Tighten screws (2) after adjusting the door leaf (torque 30 Nm). Mount the fastening bolt (3) and adjust height (torque 11 Nm).
Page 15
ECdrive T2 Product family Installation 5.7.2 Mounting the double roller carriage on the door leaf (optional) Mount the support bracket for the double roller carriage on the leaf Unscrew the screw (1) off the bracket (2). The clearance a between the screw head (1) and the screw holder (3) must be set again later.
Page 16
Installation ECdrive T2 Product family Fitting the door leaf with double roller carriage Fixing the double roller carriage to the track: Re-install the screw (1) with holder (2) without the screw holder (3). ~ 5 mm Place the roller mount (8) on the track (9). Loosen the screw (7) for the counter-roller.

Installation ECdrive T2 Product family 5.8.2 Fitting the tooth belt Thread the tooth belt on the motor pulley and deflection pulley, shorten if necessary. Insert toothed belt ends (1) into the toothed belt lock (2) (3 teeth per side). Mount the toothed belt lock (2) with screws (4) on the short driver (3).
Page 21
ECdrive T2 Product family Installation 5.8.4 Setting the closing position for 2-leaf systems Push the door leaf to the closed position. Fit second belt lock to the long driver, do not tighten the screws (2) yet. Use the oblong holes (1) to finely adjust the position in the direction of displacement. Tighten the screws (2) on both belt locks when the exact closing position has been set (torque 6 Nm).
Installation ECdrive T2 Product family If necessary enlarge the drill hole. Tighten screws (1). Adjust the locking guide (4) so that the tooth belt neither touches nor has too much clearance. To do this, loosen 2 screws (3), move the locking guide (4) and re-tighten the screws (3) (torque Nm).
