Do not drop it and protect it from being bumped or jostled! Do not hold the unit by the measurement aperture or allow any foreign objects to get into this opening.

The instrument can now be added as a new device in smart-robotic. 5.3.2.2 Device Connection In difference to the wave-scan ROBOTIC the external power supply is optional for the micro- gloss 2 ROBOTIC: For testing the gloss measurement the power supply provided by the USB port is sufficient.

With an active USB connection, the IP data - used in the productive environment for the LAN connection - can be sent to the device.

These values can be entered in smart-robotic for a pass/fail-analysis. Only requirement is to config- ure the instrument(s) and the data output interface(s) in smart-robotic.
