BenQ recommends enabling BenQ services, which grant IT administrators full access to display and user management features. Choosing to enable BenQ services at a later time will require you to reset the display to its factory settings and set up the BenQ Launcher.
Make sure to set a strong local administrator password to prevent unauthorized access to the display. This password is different from the administrator credentials that are used to log in to BenQ cloud services such as BenQ DMS, AMS, and the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system.

Connections The BenQ signage has several ports that can be used to input and output data and media. • Video connection • Audio connection • Device Management (RS232) • USB connection Video connection Connect the input device to any of the HDMI ports on the bottom panel.
• The maximum cable length is 5 m (16.4 ft) for USB 2.0 slots. • The BenQ signage limits the number of USB connections. If all USB slots are occupied and a USB hub is connected to the display, it will not recognize any new USB input devices.
