The following table outlines the steps for disassembling the LCD on the Latitude D620.
1. Before disassembling the LCD:
Remove the AC power.
Remove the battery.
Remove the phone SIM.
Remove the memory DIMM
Remove the optical drive.
Remove the hard drive.
Remove the hinge cover.
Remove the keyboard.
Remove the Bluetooth® card.
Remove the coin battery.
Remove the memory DIMM
Remove the WWAN card.
Remove the WLAN card.
Remove the LCD.
2. Locate the LCD.
3. Remove the bumpers covering the screws.
