• Use the appliance only to boil or heat water. Never use it for other liquids!
• Fill the jug kettle with at least 0,5L of water.
• Allow the appliance to cool to room temperature before storing.
• Do not use the appliance through an external timer or remote control.
• Caution! Hot water will cause burns if it touches bare skin. Be careful when pouring
boiled water.

BEFORE FIRST-TIME USE
Boil three full kettles of water, disposing of the water each time. This removes any
remaining residue from the manufacturing process.
USING YOUR KETTLE
1. Ensure the spout is facing away from you.
2. Press the button to open the lid (5).
3. Fill the jug with the required amount of water (0.5-1.7L). Never fill the jug above the
'MAX' limit. Otherwise, the hot water will spill over and cause a safety hazard.
4. Release the button to open the lid.
5. Place the jug on the base and insert the plug in the wall socket. Press the power switch
– the light will illuminate.
6. The water will start heating. The jug kettle switches off automatically a few seconds
after the water has come to boil. The power light will turn off.
7. Lift the jug using the handle and pour the water.
8. To heat the water without boiling it, switch off the kettle at the time you desire.
