Luminaire is non-dimmable.
Suitable for mounting on a normally flammable surface.
Installation
1. Before starting the work, make sure to switch off the mains
supply.
2. Ensure that there is a minimum of 100mm of free space around
the location where the luminaire will be installed.
3. Unclip the trim, remove the securing screw, and rotate the
diffuser to take it off.
4. Press the hinge clip to release the LED plate.
5. Drill holes for cable entry and mounting in the base of the fitting.
6. Thread the supply cables through the cable entry hole.
7. For BESA box mounting: Attach the base of the fitting to the
BESA box using two screws. For ceiling/wall installation: Before
drilling the fixing holes, ensure to check for buried cables, pipes,
and other building services.
8. Write the installation date on the battery and connect.
9. Connect the Live, Neutral, and Earth supply cables to the fitting.
Switched Maintained: Unswitched supply to PL, switched live to SL.
Unswitched Maintained: Unswitched supply to PL, loop to SL.
Non-maintained: Unswitched supply to PL, SL unconnected.
10. Adjust the switch on the driver to select the desired colour
temperature (3000K, 4000K, or 6000K) and wattage (10W, 14W, or
18W). Factory default settings: 4000K, 18W. WARNING: DO NOT
change the colour temperature and wattage when the fitting is
turned on!
11. Reattach the LED plate, align the markings on the diffuser and
rotate into place. Secure it the silicon pad and the screw, and
reattach the trim to the base.
12. Turn on the supply, the green LED will come on indicating the
correct battery charge status. When supply to the switched live PL
is lost, the battery will operate fitting in emergency mode.
Note: This luminaire has no user serviceable parts. If damaged,
disconnect from mains and discontinue use.
Information for the Product user:
1. Please note the requirement to dispose of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment separately from household waste (WEEE marked with
crossed out wheelie bin symbol).
2. Please consider your role in contributing to re-use, recycling, and other forms of recovery of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment by
returning this product at end of life to a collection centre for waste equipment or a civic amenity site or to a retail outlet from which you had
purchased it or from where you are purchasing a replacement.
3. This equipment may contain substances that are hazardous to health and to the environment if disposed of carelessly. It is important that
it is separated from normal household waste and recycled in the WEEE chain.
4. The "crossed out wheelie bin symbol" on a product indicates this equipment must not be disposed of in normal household waste but should
be disposed of in accordance with the local WEEE regulations.

Note:
Testing
The emergency lighting must be inspected and tested
regularly in accordance with local codes of practice. Note:
for safety reasons, tests should be carried out during
daylight hours. The minimum recommended test schedule is
as follows: After installation, allow 24 hours to ensure full
battery charge and then interrupt the supply; the maximum
duration time is 3 hours. Check that LEDs are still lighting.
1. Daily check that the charge indicator LED is working.
2. Monthly, interrupt mains for a short period and check LED
lights.
3. Annual 12-month check, full duration test. Interrupt mains
supply, LEDs will light and should last for a minimum of 3
hours of operation: batteries must be replaced when they
can no longer support 3-hour operation.
4. Complete the record sheet on installation and retain it in
maintenance file.
5. Update the file with ongoing test records for inspection by
fire officers or other duly authorised people.
6. The battery should be replaced if, after 24 hours of
charging, the fitting fails to light for 3 hours. The battery
should only be replaced by a qualified person.
Attention: To protect the battery life, please disconnect the
battery if the power supply will be off for longer than 3 days.

Installatie
1. Zorg dat de netvoeding uitgeschakeld is voordat u begint.
2. Zorg ervoor dat er minstens 100 mm vrije ruimte wordt
aangehouden rond de plaats waar de armatuur wordt geïnstalleerd.
3. Maak de sierlijst los, verwijder de borgschroef en draai de diffuser
om deze te verwijderen.
4. Druk op de scharnierklem om de LED-plaat los te maken.
5. Boor gaten voor de kabeldoorvoer en inbouw van de basis van de
armatuur.
6. Voer de voedingskabels door het gat van de kabeldoorvoer.
7. Voor montage BESA box: Bevestig de basis van de armatuur aan
de BESA box met twee schroeven. Voor plafond-/wandinstallatie:
Zorg dat u vóór het boren van de bevestigingsgaten controleert of u
geen verborgen kabels, leidingen en andere voorzieningen van het
gebouw kunt beschadigen.
8. Noteer de installatiedatum op de batterij en sluit deze aan.
9. Sluit de stroomkabels Stroom, Neutraal en Aarding op de
armatuur aan. Zelfstandig geschakeld: niet-geschakelde voeding
naar PL, geschakelde stroom naar SL. Zelfstandig niet-geschakeld:
niet-geschakelde voeding naar PL, lus naar SL. Niet-zelfstandig:
niet-geschakelde voeding naar PL, SL niet aangesloten.
10. Stel de schakelaar op de driver op de gewenste
kleurtemperatuur (3000K, 4000K of 6000K) en wattage (10W, 14W
of 18W) in. Standaardinstellingen:
WAARSCHUWING: Wijzig de kleurtemperatuur en het wattage
NIET wanneer de armatuur ingeschakeld is!
11. Bevestig de LED-plaat opnieuw, lijn de markeringen op de
diffuser uit en draai deze op zijn plaats. Zet deze vast met het
siliconenviltje en de schroef en bevestig de sierlijst weer aan de
basis.
12. Schakel de voeding in, de groene led gaat branden om de juiste
laadstatus van de batterij aan te geven. Wanneer de voeding van de
geschakelde PL onder spanning wegvalt, werkt de armatuur in de
noodmodus.
Opmerking: deze armatuur bevat geen onderdelen die door de
gebruiker kunnen worden gerepareerd. Koppel bij beschadiging los
van het lichtnet en stop met gebruiken.
Informatie voor de gebruiker van het product:
1. Houd rekening met de verplichting om afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur gescheiden van het huishoudelijk afval in te
leveren (AEEA gemarkeerd met het symbool van een doorgestreepte vuilnisbak).
2. Denk na over uw rol in het bijdragen aan hergebruik, recycling en andere vormen van terugwinning van afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur door dit product aan het einde van de levensduur in te leveren bij een inzamelpunt voor afgedankte apparatuur,
een milieustation of bij een verkooppunt waar u het hebt gekocht of waar u een vervangend apparaat koopt.
3. Deze apparatuur kan stoffen bevatten die gevaarlijk zijn voor de gezondheid en het milieu als ze onzorgvuldig worden weggegooid. Het
is belangrijk dat het gescheiden wordt van het normale huishoudelijke afval en verwerkt wordt in de AEEA-keten.
4. Het "symbool van een doorgestreepte vuilnisbak" op een product geeft aan dat deze apparatuur niet bij het normale huishoudelijke afval
mag worden weggegooid maar dat het moet worden verwerkt volgens de plaatselijke AEEA-voorschriften.
Opmerkingen:
Testen
De noodverlichting moet regelmatig geïnspecteerd en
getest worden volgens de plaatselijke goede praktijken.
Opmerking: om veiligheidsredenen moeten de tests
overdag worden uitgevoerd. Het minimaal aanbevolen
testschema is als volgt: wacht na de installatie 24 uur om de
batterij volledig op te laden en onderbreek dan de voeding;
de maximale duur is 3 uur. Controleer of de leds nog steeds
branden.
1. Controleer dagelijks of de led van de laadindicator werkt.
2. Onderbreek maandelijks de netvoeding gedurende korte
tijd en controleer de ledlampjes.
3. Jaarlijkse controle, volledige duurtest. Onderbreek de
netvoeding, de leds gaan branden en moeten minimaal 3
uur werken: de batterijen moeten worden vervangen
wanneer ze niet meer de volle 3 uur kunnen werken.
4. Vul het formulier in bij installatie en bewaar in de
onderhoudsmap.
5. Werk het formulier bij volgende tests bij voor inspectie
door de brandweer of een ander bevoegd persoon.
6. De batterij moet worden vervangen als, na 24 uur
opladen, de armatuur minder dan 3 uur brandt. De batterij
mag alleen door een gekwalificeerd persoon worden
4000K, 18W. vervangen.
Let op: om de levensduur van de batterij te beschermen,
moet u de batterij loskoppelen als de stroomvoorziening
langer dan 3 dagen uitgeschakeld wordt.

RX100T-03/04: Effen sierlijst in chroom/zwart.
RX100EYT-01/04/24: Bovenafdekking in wit/zwart/grijs.
RX100GRT-01/04/24: Sierlijst rooster in wit/zwart/grijs.
