Cleaning Introduction The EXL700H is a high-capacity cold carbonator providing chilled still water and chilled carbonat- ed soda water. The unit also incorporates optional bath water recirculation allowing for a variety of installation options. With an optional ventilation kit, the unit is also designed to operate in an enclosed under counter cabinet.
It is illegal to simply scrap a refrigeration unit. Before a unit can be scrapped it must first have the gas removed by a specialist using specialist equipment. Please contact Booth Dispensers Ltd, who will be happy to provide a quotation for disposal.

Installation and Commissioning Installation The unit must be installed by a competent person, on a firm level surface capable of supporting the weight of the machine when the bath is filled. It is important that the ventilation openings in the machine are not blocked to allow the free movement of air. Inadequate ventilation will shorten the life of the fridge system.

Note: The time taken for the unit to reach operating temperature will vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and the temperature of the incoming water supply. EXL700H Only • Turn on the CO2 supply and set the pressure to 50 psi.

Installation and Commissioning Enclosed Cabinet Installation When used in conjunction with the optional ventilation kit (1A6221) the Unit is designed to be fitted into an enclosed, under counter cabinet. Note: It is essential that this kit be used if the unit is to be fitted into an enclosed com- partment, if not, this will seriously affect the reliability of the fridge and will invalidate the warranty.

Installation and Commissioning Three blanking plates are supplied with the ventilation kit. These must be used in place of the fitted grilles to ensure the airflow is correctly directed and recirculation of hot air does not occur. The grilles which need replacing are shown below. Place the Unit into the cabinet pushing it all the way to rear of the unit and align the left side of the unit to the air inlet grille as shown below.
Cleaning Important: • The frequency of the following cleaning procedures should be determined locally and may vary depending on machine usage and environmental conditions. • Warm water should be no higher than 45 °C. • After any cleaning procedure, dispense 1 litre of water from each tap to ensure any cleaning residue is flushed out.
