Step 1 On the front panel add the Led lens, and 5x10mm metal spacers with 5xM3 black bolts countersunk, as shown. Push the LED lenses with the soft end of the screwdriver so that they stick firmly into place.

Step 2 Add a 10 mm metal spacer + 1xM3 washer to the top board, above the 2 to the right slider as shown. Make sure that the screw is bolted firmly, so as the washer is straighten.

Step 3 Add the top board to the panel as shown. You will need 2x plastic spacers 11mm length M3 that will be bolted on the 2 top holes and 3x10mm metal spacers that will be bolted to the 3 bottom holes.

Step 4 On the bottom board, add 2x12mm metal spacer as shown (they will serve as the power supply holder).

Step 5 Connect the bottom and the rest of the assembly as shown.

Step 6 Attach the power board to the assembly as shown.

Step 7 Add the adhesive feet to the enclosure.

Step 8 Place the unit in the metal case. To easily achieve this, place the USB parts first, and them push down the rest.

Step 9 Screw the 4 bolds so that its held to the enclosure as shown.

Step 10 Bolt the knobs and the rotary switches. The M10 nuts are for the switches and the M8 for the knobs.

Step 11 Screw the 4 bolds so that its held to the enclosure as shown. Congratulations! Enjoy your new synth unit!
