The outlook design of this machine is unique and with complete cast iron bracket, enlarged outrigger, carriage, and direct dust collection outlet.

  • Page 26 PANEL SAW P305 4.18 Test run Once complete machine assembly, test run the machine to ensure wirings are properly connected to power and safety components are functioning correctly. If you find an unusual problem during the test run, STOP the machine immediately, disconnect it from power, and fix the problem BEFORE operating machine again.
  • Page 27 PANEL SAW P305 If main blade turns clockwise (when you stand in front of the machine), it’s in the correct direction (see below picture). If not, stop machine and disconnect it from the power source, then correcting phase polarity to change phrase.
  • Page 28 PANEL SAW P305 5. Operation 5.1. Overview The purpose of this overview is to provide the novice machine operator with a basic understanding of how the machine is used during operation, so the machine controls/components discussed later in this manual area easier to understand.

  • Page 30 PANEL SAW P305 5.3. Main blade adjustment Blade tile handwheel & lock knob: Handwheel tilts main blade from 0˚ to 45˚ (turn clockwise to increase tile angle). The lock knob secures the handwheel to prevent it from moving during operation.
  • Page 31 PANEL SAW P305 Adjust forward and backward position Use a T-handle wrench to adjust the scoring blade front-back position. Turning the wrench to the right will move the blade forward, while turning it to the left will move the blade backward.
  • Page 32 PANEL SAW P305 5.5. Crosscut fence adjustment Setup reference It is necessary to setup a reference before cutting panels. Make sure 90˚ stop bolt is properly adjusted and lock by knob. Stop bolt Knob Setup a panel to cut off and measure W1 an W2 dimension.
  • Page 33 PANEL SAW P305 Make sure crosscut fence stay at zero for reference. If not, loose set screw on the back side and move the ruler back to zero point. Angle cutting Besides cutting straight, crosscut fence can rotate any angle from 0 to 60 degree.

General cleaning  Please DO NOT attempt to remove wood chips while saw is turned on.  Clean all saw dust and remove lumps of wood periodically, even if you use a dust collector, there may be parts that remain in the machine.

  • Page 37 PANEL SAW P305 6.3. Lubrication Note: DO NOT get any lubrication on the dive V-belts to prevent slippage and damage. All the bearings are internally lubricated and sealed at the factory. Simply leave them alone unless they need to be replaced.
  • Page 38 PANEL SAW P305 Sliding table There are steel ways on the sides of the sliding table that fit between the top and the base and allow these parts to slide past each other. Clean the ways with mineral spirits and shop rags, then apply a thin coat of light machine oil with a shop rag.
