1.Please Note
Please read this instruction carefully before using UV 3040:
1.This machine cannot be used by children or disabled people, please use it under
supervision if necessary.
2.Please use original manufacturer spare parts and ink according to instructions.
3.Make sure the power supply voltage matches the power cord and machine nameplate
voltage.
4.It can only be used indoors. It is recommended to install an air conditioner in the room to
obtain stable operating temperature and humidity.
5.Before using the printer, please remove the wooden box and foot cup fixings, and place
the machine smoothly on a stable tabletop.
6.Do not use the machine in harsh environments such as flame, dust, moisture, etc.
7.Do not place debris on the machine body, platform and around the machine.
8.Please keep the temperature in the workroom stable. It is recommended that the
temperature is around 25℃ and the humidity is 45%.
9.Turn off the machine power before cleaning or servicing.
10.Please use the machine in accordance with local laws and policies.
11.Before sending command, please make sure that the print head does not touch
anything and the printing height is appropriate.
12.When the machine is working, looking at UV light for a long time will damage your
eyesight. You can wear anti-UV goggles.
13.To move the machine, at least 2 people are required to lift it. Pay attention to unplug
the power plug when moving.
14.When adding ink, parts such as ink tubes, ink bottles, and cap tops may come into
contact with the ink, so please take precautions.
15.The machine workbench must have a flat bottom and be load-bearing, without
swinging during work.
16.It is not recommended to use LED lights for high-load printing for a long time.
