BACK HEIGHT The height of the back support can be adjusted using a lever and an adjustment screw. Both pillars must be adjusted at the same time. 1. Loosen the lever a 1/2 turn by turning it anticlockwise. 2. Set the back support to the desired height. 3.

BACK SUPPORT - SETTING THE BACK ANGLE The multi-back allows angle of the back cushion can be adjusted and set in two ways. 1) Undo the safety screw and lever to tilt and push the entire back mechanism either forwards or backwards. 2) Set the desired back angle.

BACK SUPPORT - SEAT DEPTH Seat depth is adjusted using the back support. Set the desired seat depth by moving the back support backwards or forwards. Fine tuning of the seat depth can also be done using the back tilt. Both pillars must be adjusted at the same time.

SEAT TILT It is possible to manually adjust the tilt of the seat using tools. Contact an authorised technician to adjust the seat tilt. The seat can be tilted 3º forwards or 3º backwards, which is done by undoing 4 bolts located on the underside of the seat. 1) To tilt the seat forwards, loosen the bolts on the left and right side of the bracket located under the rear section of the seat, see figure (1).

ARMREST– SETTINGS HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT, ARMREST 1) Loosen the wheel (1) a few turns. 2) Then move the safety lock (2) by pulling in knob straight out to the desired position in the pre-drilled holes in order to obtain the desired height. 3) Tighten the wheel/screw.

The seat height of the Euroflex EXL is adjusted using electronic lift actuators or manually using a gas piston. Electronic lift actuators are operated using a control box mounted on the front edge of one of the armrests.

MANUAL SEAT LIFT To lower or raise the chair seat, move the lever located on the side of the seat backwards/upwards in order to release the gas pistons.

(3) FOOTPLATE ANGLE The footplate can be adjusted horizontally. To tilt it downwards, screw the screws anticlockwise using Allen key no. 5 until the desired angle is reached. BIFURCATED FOOTPLATE - FOOT TILT The angle of the footplate can be adjusted to enable the user to find a comfortable position. To do this, loosen the screw a few turns using Allen key no. 5 and adjust the angle of the footplate (1).

FOOT RING The foot ring is fitted in the top edge of the front part of the chassis. The foot ring can be folded up to facilitate transportation and when getting in and out. Fold the foot ring away before getting out of the chair in order to reduce the likelihood of a fall.

LEVER BRAKE Lever brake Apply the chair brake by moving the brake lever forwards. Release the brake by moving the lever backwards. Always apply the brake before getting in or out of the chair.

CHARGING - GENERAL To ensure full battery performance for as long as possible, it is important that the battery is charged on a regular basis. Usually, it is sufficient to charge the battery 1– 2 times a week, preferably during the daytime when the chair is not in use. Do not interrupt the charging process until it has completed.

To replace the battery, the entire battery box must be replaced. For instructions on how to do this, see the installation procedure outlined in Replacing the Battery. Repairs and other procedures on the battery may only be carried out with the approval of Eurovema. Only Eurovema-approved batteries may be used in the product.
