CHECKING THE SWITCHES

The vehicle is fitted with two switches:
√ Stoplight switch on the rear brake control
lever.
√ Stoplight switch on the front brake control
lever.

VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE
HEADLIGHT BEAM
For a quick beam inspection, place the ve-
hicle on level ground, ten metres away
from a vertical wall.
Switch on the low beam, sit astride the ve-
hicle and make sure that the light spot on
the wall is just below the horizontal line of
the headlight (about nine/tenths of overall
height).

To adjust the headlight beam:
Use a screwdriver to turn the screws (1)

on the front wheelhouse.
TIGHTEN (clockwise) to raise the beam;
SLACKEN (anticlockwise) to lower the
beam.
