Enabling the RTS Threshold causes redundant network overhead that could negatively
affect the throughput performance instead of providing a remedy.
Fragmentation Threshold
Fragmentation improves the efficiency when high traffic flows along in the wireless network. If your
ZyAIR 200 often transmits large files in the wireless network, you can enable the Fragmentation
Threshold by clicking Enable in Advanced Configuration window and the function will split the packet.
The value can be set from 256 to 2432. Frag Threshold is set to Disable by default.

4.2.6 Encryption

To prevent unauthorized wireless stations from accessing data transmitted over the network, your ZyAIR

security in transmission, please go to the Encryption tab and set the following values. You can identify up
to 4 different encryption keys and select one of them to encrypt your transmission data.
