Before setting up the wireless
router, make sure your PCs
are configured to "Obtain an
IP address automatically."
(example uses Windows 7,
other Windows releases may
vary slightly)

Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet
connections > Network Connection > Network Sharing
Center > Change adapter setting > Local Area connection

The above screen will appear, make sure the box
next to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked. Select the
Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click the
Properties button.
If you use cable modem, please turn its power off
and back on.
