EXCELLENCE Fig. 043 4.15.1 - Distributor system seeds Your planter is equipped with the selection and distribution of seeds by pneumatic suction, negative pressure (vacuum) system. It is the system which currently equips the planters most accurate in the world.
Page 48
EXCELLENCE 4.15.1.1 - Selector The selector has the function of letting only one seed into each hole. During aspiration, various seeds adhere to the same hole, as if they were going through it, swept away by the force of suction. The action selector is to eliminate the seeds too much, leaving only that the disk rotation, is carried to the place where the aspiration ceases, and then being released through the tube driver, specially shaped, reaches the ground with reduced speed .
Page 49
When the use of treated seeds that recommendations are noted below. Recalling that Jumil is not responsible for possible production losses caused by inappropriate use.
Page 50
EXCELLENCE DANGER: When using treated seeds and defensive, to make the supply of deposits seed use masks, gloves and shirts with long sleeves. Check the packaging of the product manufacturer’s recommendations as to the hazards and first aid measures when using the product.
Page 51
EXCELLENCE 6) Perform the recognition of the place where you will make planting. Write demarcations of hazardous loca- tions or have obstacles. 7) The farmer must take into account that for each hybrid or cultivate planted, there is a range of planting den- sity recommended.
Page 52
EXCELLENCE 10) Be careful when making the coupling of the tractor seeder. 11) When lowering or lift the planter, note that there are no people or animals near the implement. 12) Check the transport width of the implement, use caution when driving through narrow passages.
Page 53
EXCELLENCE 5 - MAINTENANCE The performance of this implement is obtained soon after its use by conducting post-planting maintenance because, with proper maintenance and storage, the implement will have longer lifespan. Exploit fully the life of the imple- ment corresponds to a significant gain over the amount invested in the acquisition. For this to occur, you must meet all the recommendations for use and maintenance in this manual.
