  • Page 11 SPACE DESIGNED TO THE IMPLEMENT IDENTIFICATION LABEL IMPLEMENT IDENTIFICATION The identification of the Jumil implements is made through the identification plate, that has the following infor- mation: model, serial number, manufacturing year and control number. When requiring replacement parts, post-sales services, such as technical delivery, warranties and technical assistance services, you must inform the implement’s data in the identification plate.
  • Page 12 3. For the other products, the warranty will be contracted from the date of the sales Invoice. 3.1 - It will be granted only for the PRODUCT that was acquired, new, by the farmer directly from JUMIL or their Dealer, observing the following item.
  • Page 13 EXCELLENCE 3.3 - If the PRODUCT is sold to the farmer by Dealer other than the JUMIL Dealer, the right to Warranty shall subsist, being in this case exercised directly before JUMIL, in the terms of this Certificate. 3.4 - The Warranty shall not be granted if any damage in the PRODUCT or in its performance is caused by: 3.4.1 - Operator or owner’s negligence, imprudence or inexperience.
  • Page 14 3.4 - The farmer, when detecting any divergence among the components that follow the implement and the checklist, of manufacturing defect of any part or component, must prepare a report submitting it to JUMIL, to solve the occurrence.

  • Page 17 EXCELLENCE SAFETY STANDARDS JUMIL, by manufacturing its agricultural machines and implements, has as main purpose to develop the best working conditions, increase the performance, productivity and improve their standard of living. However, in using these machines, there is a concern with the safety of people involved with operation and maintenance.

  • Page 19 EXCELLENCE 5 - Never make a gear change in motion. 6 - Take special care when you are near any moving part. Loosen cloths, long hair, rings, neck- laces, etc. can be caught by mechanisms in movement, then never operate or perform maintenance under these conditions.

  • Page 30 4 - IMPLEMENT MOUNTING The Planter Fertilizer EXCELLENCE is factory fitted with the planters and the units facing transport header as well as some items attached to it in order to ensure the expedition with all components according to the configuration of the purchase implement.
