how can i turn my heating on? the thermostat is showing 'OFF'
If the Resideo TTHWP thermostat shows "OFF" and the heating is not working:
1. Check if the relay box LED is off. If it is, the relay box may have no power.
2. Press the button on the relay box to switch the boiler on. This checks if power is present.
3. If the relay box has power but the thermostat still shows "OFF", it may have lost wireless connection.
4. Move the thermostat to another location to try to restore communication.
5. If the relay box LED is still off or flashing, and heating does not turn on, contact your installer.
