Press lightly on the carriage so that it slides smoothly forwards and backwards.

A tip: If you want to cut very thin slices, dampen the blade with a damp cloth in order to prevent the food being sliced
from sticking to the blade.
Safety switch: This switch can be used to lock the slicer. There is a screw inside the button. If the screw is turned to the
perpendicular position
screw until it is horizontal
Food fence: It must be placed on the carriage to push the food to be cut.
IMPORTANT:
Do not use this appliance for more than 5 minutes continuously.
Stop: Release both switches.
Tray: The meat slicer is supplied with a tray that is located underneath the cutting board. To take out the tray, move the
carriage to the left as far as it will go and pull the tray upwards.
CLEANING

Disconnect the appliance from the mains.

Clean the appliance after use with a slightly dampened cloth and dry.

The carriage and the food fence can be cleaned with soapy water.

To enable easy cleaning of the blade, it can be removed as follows:
-
Turn the blade lock 90º to the left and remove carefully wearing a glove. Do not clean the blade in soapy water as
this will remove the lubricants. Clean the outer edge only with a damp cloth. To reassemble the blade, perform the
above operations in the reverse order.
