DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Before inserting the plug in the socket, make sure that the switch is in the "off" position. Adjust the slice thickness using
the rear dial. Place the luncheon meat on the carriage and start the machine. For best results, we recommend pushing
steadily on the carriage, without applying too much pressure on the cutting blade.
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with the EEC directive (89/336) on the elimination of radio
frequency interference.
ALWAYS USE THE ATTACHMENT SUPPLIED TO PUSH THE MEAT TOWARDS THE BLADE, UNLESS THIS SHOULD
NOT BE POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF THE MEAT TO BE CUT.
The electric slicer should only be operated for short periods (max. 10 min.). Resting time: 10 minutes.
If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer or by its aftermarket service or by other qualified
personnel in order to prevent hazards.
CAUTION: Do not remove the blade, it should only be handled by an authorised Service Centre.
This appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical,
sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
CAUTION: Do not touch the blade while it is operating: this is dangerous.
This appliance must be used with a slice tray (not supplied) and the base fitted in their positions, unless this should not
be possible due to the meat's size and shape.
Starting the appliance
Check that the voltage in your home is the same as that of the appliance. If so, insert the plug into the socket. Press the
ON/OFF button to start and stop the appliance.
Regulating the thickness of the cut (4)
Move the thickness selector to the right or left to adjust the thickness of the cut.
CLEANING
Unplug from the mains and set the slice thickness to zero before starting any cleaning operation. We recommend you
use a soft, slightly dampened cloth to clean the machine. DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER as this will
damage the machine's electrical components.
