Design and principle of operation After applying grease to the screws (16) both parts (1 and 2) are screwed together, evenly and in alternating pattern. Info Depending on the nominal size, stud bolts with nuts or screws can be used. The permissible torque for retightening the connection of the body sections can be found in Table 15-1 in Chapter “15.1.1 Tightening torques”.
