2. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to remove the nine (9) screws securing the lower right shroud to the frame, then remove the shroud. Fig. 2 3. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to remove the eight (8) remaining screws securing the lower left shroud to the frame, then remove the shroud.

4. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to remove the two (2) screws securing the right shroud to the frame, then remove the shroud. Repeat this for the left shroud. Fig. 4 5. Use a 7mm open-ended wrench to remove the nuts from the cable locks, then remove the locks and shrink tubing from the cable.

6. Use a 7mm open-ended wrench to remove the nuts from the cable spacer locks, then remove the spacer lock. 7. Once the cable locks are removed, pull the old cable out of the machine. Fig. 6 CABLE STOP 8. Insert the new cable through the cable stop and right side cover.

9. Pass the end of the new cable between pulley 1 and keepers - there is a cable routing overview on page 10 that can assist with routing. Fig. 8 10. Pass the end of the new cable through pulleys 2 and 3, ensuring that it passes between the pulley and the keepers.

11. Pass the end of the new cable through pulley 4 located on the fan door, ensuring that it passes between the pulley and the keepers. Fig. 10 Cable Crimp 40mm 12. Pull the cable tight so that the cable stop is tight against the frame, then pull the cable out so there is a 40mm gap between the cable crimp and cable stop.

15. Use a 7mm open-ended wrench to install a cable lock onto the cable immediately after where the cable loops around the spring. Fig. 14 16. Slide the shrink tubing up the cable so it covers the cable end. Fig. 15 Page 8 637-9004 Rev.

160mm 17. Use a 7mm open-ended wrench to install a second cable lock onto the cable, 160mm away from the first cable lock. Fig. 16 18. Use a 7mm open-ended wrench to install the third cable lock onto the 230mm cable, 230mm away from pulley 4 to act as a stop.
