- Page 7 CONNECTING TO AVAYA CLOUD OFFICE To connect the Avaya B199 Conference Phone to the Avaya Cloud Office, you must first connect the phone to the network and power it up. 1. If your router may have a cable port available called a POE, or “Power over Ethernet”.
- Page 8 4. Once you are connected to the network and your IP address is registered, the Conference Phone will automatically connect to Avaya Cloud Office and log in. 5. The device may reboot if there is new software that needs to be installed. The latest software for ACO must always be installed on the device in order for it to connect to ACO and provide service.

Adding two Avaya Smart Microphones expands the microphone range to 750 Square Feet (70 m2). For larger rooms, up to 970 Square Feet (90 m2), it is possible to connect up to three B199 units in a daisy-chain.
