1. PL: Rozepnij ortezę (A) i załóż ją na ramiona.

EN: Unfasten the brace (A) and put it on your

shoulders.

2. PL: Pociągając za pasy (1,2) ustaw stelaż (3)

na odpowiedniej wysokości.

EN: Pulling the belts (1,2) set the frame (3)

at the appropriate height.
