Operation

Making an Internal Call
Dial the extension number then press the "Send" function key
OR
Press the pre-programmed extension BLF hot key

Making an External Call
Dial the telephone number then press the "send" function key

How to Transfer a Call
While on a live call, dial the number (or extension) you wish to transfer to
OR
While on a live call, press the BLF hotkey of the user you wish to transfer to
When the user answers, you can speak to them
Hang up the phone to complete the transfer

How to Blind Transfer a Call
While on a live call, dial the number (or extension) you wish to transfer to
OR
While on a live call, press the hotkey of the user you wish to transfer to
Hang up the phone to complete the transfer

Redialling a Number
Press the "Redial" key
Search through the calls using the arrows on the keypad
When your chosen number is selected, press the "Send" function key

How to Put a Call On Hold
While on an active call, press the "Hold" key
To resume the call, press the hold key again

How to Access Voicemail
Press the "Message" key

How to Forward a Call
Ensure you are not on a call
Press the "Transfer" key
Using the arrow keys and OK button, navigate to the forwarding option you would like to use
Add the number you would like to forward to
Set the status to On

How to Access Your Directory
Press the directory function key
Using the arrow keys, navigate through your directory
When your chosen number is selected, press the "Send" function key
