I'm using a Tri-Band TP-Link Tapo BE10000 Mesh system that delivers speeds of 5188 Mbps on 6GHz, 4324 Mbps on 5GHz, and 574 Mbps on 2.4GHz. I used a WiFi strength meter sitting next to my computer and got a 100%. I used your MVs Pro+ WiFi test next to my computer and got "Network Status is poor". Please select an appropriate place to install the divice. What is that about? Needless to say I'm having issues connecting to the router. I think I've reset this doorbell at least 15 times trying to set it up. What is the doorbell looking for and why am I getting poor network status from the wifi test and doorbell? Is there something I can do to fix that? I'm hitting the 90's when I do the test using my wifi test app next to the doorbell and when I use the MVS Pro+ test next to the doorbell I get "Network Status is poor". I don't get it! I also used a several other testers that basically tell me I have a safe fast wifi network. So what it the problem here do you think? Any ideas? I really want this to work. Thanks, Roger

Poor network status for the Dahua DH-DB6I doorbell, despite strong WiFi signal from a Tri-Band TP-Link Tapo BE10000 Mesh system, could be caused by the doorbell's compatibility with specific frequency bands. Although the doorbell supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, mesh systems like the Tapo BE10000 may auto-select bands or switch devices between bands, which can cause instability. Additionally, electromagnetic interference or obstacles between the router and the doorbell may affect performance. To improve stability, ensure the doorbell connects consistently to one band (preferably 2.4GHz), minimize interference, and avoid frequent band switching.
