this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools
Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged
and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from

Tech Tip: Place a small piece of painters tape to mark center point of bumper. STEP 5 | With the center of the bumper marked, hold the bull bar on...
  • Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 6 | With the bull bar centered, mark the 3 holes on each side that will need to be drilled into the bumper. Removing the bumper may make it easier to drill for the next steps. See the end of the install for instructions on how to remove the factory Capable bumper.
  • Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 9 | Place the bull bar back onto the bumper, loosely secure the bull bar to the bumper using the provide M8 hardware and a #5 Allen tool. Note: Use (1) M8 flat washer and (1) M8 split washer per Allen head bolt.
  • Page 7 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 10 | The bull bar comes with (2) optional light mounting brackets that will accept up to (1) 20” light bar or (2) 3” light pods on top or bottom. Mount the (2) provided brackets using the provided M6 hardware and a #4 Allen tool.
