BEFORE USE

Take the product out of the box and remove all packaging material.
Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any visible signs of damage are observed, contact the Technical Support Service immediately.
Always keep the dehumidifier in an upright position to avoid leakages.
When installing the device, ensure a minimum safety distance of 30 cm to each of its sides.

HEPA Filter installation/replacement
When the machine detects that the filter needs changing, the LED indicator for the air purifier will continuously flash in orange.

Pull and lift to open the filter cover (4).
Pull out to extract the filter.
Remove the packaging of the new filter.
Insert the new filter into the machine.
Clip the filter cover back into the machine. To do so, align the bottom of the filter cover with the body of the device and push the cover towards the device.

information Note: After replacing the filter, turn the appliance on and press and hold the power/purification (11) button for seven seconds to reset it.

OPERATION

When the machine is connected to the power, the power indicator will turn on.

Purification button

Press the power/purification button (11), the purification indicator will turn on and the appliance will begin to work in air purification mode.
Press the power/purification button (11) again and the appliance will turn off.

Dehumidification button

Press the dehumidifier button (12) when the machine is turned on and the machine will dehumidify with the purification function.
Press the dehumidifier button (12) again to switch off the dehumidification function off. The purification function will continue operating. The LED indicators will light up accordingly.

Mode button

Press the mode button (13) to set the intensity of purification once it's activated.
This button has two modes, a high intensity or a low intensity.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Draining collected water

The water tank has a maximum capacity of 1000ml with a 750 ml/ per day working capability.
When the water tank is full, the full tank LED indicator will light up.
Switch off and unplug the machine.
Avoid tilting it and carefully remove it, slide the water tank cover open and pour the water out.
Insert the water tank cover and then insert the water tank back into the unit and press the power/purification button (11) to resume operation.
Do not damage or remove the water tank float as this can affect the operation of the appliance, cause water leaks and malfunction.

Cleaning and storing the device

Make sure the unit is powered off and that the power cable is disconnected from the power source.
Use a soft cloth to clean away any dust or debris from the surface of the unit or the air inlets.
Pull out the water tank and slide out the cover to clean the water tank.
Do not clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it directly, just put the filter under the sun to sterilize it regularly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem	Reason
Appliance not working	Is it plugged into a power socket? Is the power outlet or fuse in good condition? Is the water tank full?
Poor performance (less water absorption than normal)	Is the filter blocked? Is the door of the room open? Are there any obstacles blocking the air inlet/outlet? Is there other equipment releasing steam indoors? Is the indoor temperature too low?
The air volume becomes smaller	Is the filter too dirty to let the air go through? Is the air inlet/outlet of the machine blocked by something?
Significant noise	Is there anything stuck on the fan or near the air outlet? Is the machine tilted?
Leakage	Is the machine tilted? Is there any water left in the tank? Is the float device in the water tank in good condition?

This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper use, as explained in this instruction manual.

The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is grounded.
Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec, in order to avoid any type of danger.
To avoid electric shocks, do not clean with or allow to get inside the product: water, liquid or any flammable substance.
Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose the electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
Appliance shall be installed, operated and stored in a room with a floor area larger than 4 m2.
Switch off the device immediately in the event of defects or malfunctions.
Do not use the device if its cord or any other part is damaged. In this case, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
Do not spray insecticide, perfume or other flammable substances around the product. Do not operate the device with products with odours.
Do not install the device near to heat-generating appliances or flammable and dangerous materials.
This product does not replace normal ventilation products.
Make sure the product is used and kept in well-ventilated areas.
During operation, leave at least a 30-cm space on the back and sides of the product.
The device must be placed so that the plug is accessible.
The appliance shall be installed in accordance with local national wire and gas regulations.
Operate the dices in a temperature range between 7 ºC and 35 ºC. Operating it out of this range could cause the device not to operate properly.
Ensure the filter and the product's cover are properly installed before operating it.
Do not sit or stand on the device.
Make sure the tank is emptied after each use to ensure proper operation.
Do not operate the device in closed areas such as inside closets. Do not use outdoors.
Do not insert fingers or other objects in the air inlet or outlet to prevent injuries and product damage.
Do not twist, bend, strain, or damage the power cord in any way. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not let it touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the surface.
This appliance cannot be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge. Supervise young children to make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
