6.8 Touchscreen troubleshooting

Problems with the touchscreen and their possible causes and solutions are described here.
Problem
Touchscreen does not operate as
expected
6.9 SeaTalk
hs
LED indications
LED indications associated with the SeaTalk
here.
LED state
For all connected channels: 1 steady
and 1 flashing green LED.
No LEDs are illuminated.
Some LEDs are not illuminated.
Troubleshooting
Possible causes
Touch lock is enabled
Screen is not being operated with bare
fingers, for example gloves are being worn
Touchscreen requires calibration
Saltwater deposits on the screen

Possible causes
No problem detected (Steady LED
indicates network connection Flashing
LED indicates network traffic) .
No power to the SeaTalk
hs
switch.
• Cable / connection faults on the
channels with non-illuminated
LEDs.
• Equipment connected to
non-illuminated LEDs may be
faulty.
Possible solutions
Use the Trackpad to turn off the touch lock on the home screen.
Bare fingers must make contact with the screen for correct operation.
Alternatively you may use conductive gloves.
Use the setup menus to calibrate the touchscreen.
Carefully clean and dry the screen in accordance with the instructions
provided.
