Enabling Bluetooth Services

The services that your Pocket PC Phone provides to other devices when using
include:
n File
Transfer: file-related operations such as get a file/use a file/delete a file, etc.
n Information
request.
n Serial
Port: Bluetooth serial port operations. Bluetooth serial ports are used as a
replacement for a physical cable between devices.
n Personal Network
n Dial-up
Networking: Provide access, via a phone line or other access system, to a remote
computer network such as an Internet service.
n Hands
Free: Allows you to connect to a remote headset or other audio device.

Service Security Settings

Bluetooth
Each
service has its own individual security settings. Even though the options
are the same for each service, in each case they are specific to the individual service being
configured. In the
Service settings
in the lower-right corner of the
Pocket PC Phone User Manual
