S62TA-1500 RGBW LED CONTROLLER
The LED Controller S62TA reads animations from micro SD memory cards, has built-in effects, and supports zone control
(independent control of multiple receivers with one remote). The controller allows for the control of digital LED strips
(pixels) using a convenient radio remote with touch buttons. When playing from memory cards, the remote allows
switching animations (S+ / S-) and adjusting brightness and speed (M). The animations that the controller plays from the
cards are prepared using a free program called "Jinx!". The program enables the creation of animations and text as well as
recording the computer screen as an animation for LEDs.
Note: To set the white color in the "Jinx!" program, the RGB parameters should be set to the same value. This will turn on
only the white LED, while the RGB LEDs will remain off.
Pairing the Remote with the Controller (must be done)
Each controller can be assigned to a specific remote and a specific zone (buttons 5). If this is
not done, the controller will not respond to the remote. To pair the remote with the controller,
follow these steps:
1. Connect the digital LEDs to the controller.
2. Turn on the controller and within 2 seconds of powering on, briefly press "M", then "I" on
Using the Remote
Main Switch (1): This switch is used to turn the lighting on and off. To
achieve a white color, press and hold "I" on the main switch or on the zone
switch (5). Continuous pressing changes the white color temperature.
Color Wheel (2): Select the color (or set of colors) for the lighting effects.
Some effects (e.g., rainbow) do not respond to the color wheel.
Brightness Slider (3): Adjusts the brightness.
Program Buttons (4): "S-" and "S+" buttons are used to select the desired
effect. Holding the "S+" button enables the mode for automatic effect
changes (every 35 seconds), skipping programs from the card, which
change only after each one finishes. The "M" button adjusts the speed of
the effects. Holding the button longer enables a mode where the lights shine
in a single color (without animation).
Zone Switches (5): These switches are used to enter the control mode for
the selected zone. To return from controlling a selected zone to controlling
all zones, touch the main switch (1).
Saturation Slider (6): Adjusts the color saturation.
White Color Temperature Slider (7): Adjusts the white color temperature.
Button (8): Turns on the white color. Subsequent presses will change the
white color temperature.
Erasing the Remote from the Controller's Memory
1. Connect the digital LEDs to the controller.
2. Turn on the controller and within 2 seconds of powering on, briefly press "M",
then "0" on any zone switch (5). The LEDs should blink.
Erasing All Remotes from the Controller's Memory
1. Connect the digital LEDs to the controller.
2. Turn on the controller and within 2 seconds of powering on, briefly press "M",
then "0" on the main switch (1). The LEDs should blink.
**ATTENTION**
If, while using the remote, you accidentally touch a button for a different zone than the one programmed into the controller,
the controller will not respond. This is understandable because this is how zones work (allowing independent control of up
to 4 controllers with one remote). Accidentally pressing a different zone button may suggest an apparent malfunction.
Settings Memory. The controller saves the settings 10 seconds after the last use of the remote.
