How to diagnose the PCBA Press down both the switches (Yellow circled indicated) and then with the multimeter function set to “Ω”, get through the two terminals of the battery electric contacts, with black pen pin contacted to the negative terminal(black wire) and red pen pin contacted to positive terminal(red wire).
Page 20
How to diagnose the PCBA Measure the fuse. With the multimeter function set to “Ω”, get through the fuse with black pen pin and red pen pin contacted either terminal of the fuse. If the value displayed is below 1Ω, the fuse is good. Go on next PCBA testing, otherwise replace the whole PCBA directly.
Page 21
How to diagnose the PCBA Measure the MOSFET in the PCBA. NOTICE: When the fuse is good, any terminal of the fuse can be used for pen pin contacting to continue test the MOSFET of the PCBA. Otherwise, only the terminal, away from the battery electric contact, can be used.
Page 22
How to diagnose the PCBA Measure the MOSFET in the PCBA (Step 1) Three connectors Set the multimeter function to “Diode measuring” . Contact the black pen pin to the positive electric contact (the point as left picture indicated). Contact the red pen pin to the three connectors Positive electric contact separately and measure their voltage.
