フロントエアインテークの交換方法とご注意
警告
1. ビスの取り外し／取り付けで使用する ドライバーは、 サイズ 「+0」 を使用して
ください。
2. パーツを取り付ける際、 シャッターのフックを折ったり曲げたりしないよう、 十
分ご注意ください。
3. パーツを取り外す際、 シェルを傷付けないよう十分ご注意ください。
4. ビスは上からまっすぐに差し込んでください。
5. パーツを本来の位置以外に取り付けると、 雨漏れの原因となりますので、 ご
注意ください。
6. お手入れに、 ベンジン、 シンナー、 ガソリン、 ガラスクリーナー、 その他の溶剤
は絶対に使用しないでください。 パーツを破損する恐れがあります。
取り外すには、 まずシャッターを半開ポジション （図1） にします。 次に、 マイナス ドライバー
など先が平らな道具を、 シェルが傷つかないよう布を巻き付けた上で、 シャッターを指で
抑えながらシャッターとベースの隙間に道具を差し込み、 シャッターを持ち上げて取り外し
ます （図2） 。 次に、 ベースを固定している2箇所のビスを取り、 ベースをシェルから取り外し
ます （図3） 。 取り外した後、 シェルの表面に残ったゴミやホコリ、 油分を取り除いてくだ
さい。
取り付けるには、 まず、 新しいベースのビス穴と吸気孔をシェル側の孔と合わせ、 図4のよう
に2箇所のビスを締めて固定します。 次に、 図5のA部分に示したベースの溝とシャッターの
フックにシリコンオイル※を極少量塗布してください。 その後、 シャッターを半開ポジション
の位置にしてフックをベースの溝に合わせ、 図6のように3か所をパチッと音がするまで上
から押し付け、 シャッターをベースにはめ込みます。 取り付けた後、 シャッターを数回前後に
動かし、 確実に取り付いているか確認してください。
※ ヘルメ ッ トに付属しているシリコンオイルをご使用ください。 シリコンオイルを付けすぎる
と塗装面に対するにじみの原因となりますので、 ご注意ください。

How to Replace Front Air Intake and Cautions
WARNING
1. Use a #0 size Phillips head screwdriver to remove or tighten
screws.
2. When attaching the parts, be careful not to break or bend the
shutter hooks.
3. Be careful not to scratch the surface of the shell when removing
ventilation parts.
4. Insert all screws perpendicularly to a shell surface.
5. Be careful not to mount the parts in places other than the
original positions. Otherwise, rain water may leak inside.
6. Don't use benzine, thinner, gasoline, glass cleaner, or any
other organic solvents in maintenance. Otherwise, parts may
be damaged.
First, set the shutter to the half open position (Drawing 1) to remove the front
air intake. Wrap a flathead screwdriver or other tool with a flat end in a cloth to
prevent damage to the shell. Insert the tool into the gap between the shutter
and base while holding the shutter with your fingers and lift and remove the
shutter (Drawing 2). Remove the two screws that secure the base and then
remove the base from the shell (Drawing 3). After removal, clean off any
marks, dust, or oil remaining on the surface of the shell.
Before attaching a new base, align the screw holes and air intake holes of the
new base with the holes of the shell and tighten and secure the two screws
as shown in Drawing 4. Apply a very small amount of silicone oil* to areas A
of the base slots and the shutter hooks shown in Drawing 5. Set the shutter
to the half open position. Align the shutter hooks with the base slots and push
the shutter down until the three hooks click into place as shown in Drawing 6
to fit the shutter into the base. After attaching the shutter, move it front and
back a few times to make sure that it is securely attached.
*Use the silicone oil that is provided with the helmet. Be careful not to apply
too much silicone oil as it will cause the oil to run onto the painted surfaces.

1. 볼트의 분리/설치에 사용하는 드라이버 사이즈는 [+0]을 사용해 주세요.
2. 부품을 장착할 때 셔터의 훅을 꺾거나 구부리지 않도록 충분히 주의해
주십시오.
3. 부품을 분리할 때 셸에 흠집이 나지 않도록 충분히 주의해 주십시오.
4. 볼트는 위에서 수직으로 삽입 장착해 주세요.
5. 부품을 본래 위치가 아닌 곳에 장착하면 비가 새는 원인이 되므로 주의해
주십시오.
6. 관리시 벤젠, 신나, 가솔린, 유리세정제, 그외의 세제는 절대로 상용하지
말아주세요. 부품의 손상을 우려할 수 있습니다.
분리할 때에는 먼저 셔터를 반열림 포지션(그림1)에 둡니다. 그다음 셸에 흠집이 생기지
않도록 일자 드라이버 등과 같이 끝이 납작한 도구를 천으로 감싼 후 셔터를 손가락으로
누르면서 셔터와 베이스 틈새에 도구를 넣고 셔터를 들어 올려 분리합니다(그림2). 그 후
베이스를 고정한 2곳의 나사를 풀고 베이스를 셸에서 분리합니다(그림3). 분리한 후에는
셸 표면에 남아 있는 때, 먼지, 유분을 제거해 주십시오.
장착할 때에는 먼저 새 베이스의 나사 구멍과 흡기구를 셸 쪽 구멍과 맞춘 후 그림4와 같이
2곳의 나사를 조여 고정합니다. 그다음 그림5의 A 부분에 표시된 베이스의 홈과 셔터 훅에
실리콘 오일※을 극소량 도포해 주십시오. 그 후 셔터를 반열림 포지션 위치에 두고 훅을
베이스의 홈에 맞춘 후 그림6과 같이 3곳을 탁 소리가 나도록 위에서 눌러 셔터를 베이스에
끼워 넣습니다. 장착한 후에는 셔터를 여러 번 앞뒤로 움직여 확실하게 장착됐는지 확인해
주십시오.
※헬멧에 부속된 실리콘 오일을 사용해 주십시오. 실리콘 오일을 과도하게 바르면
도장면으로 번지는 원인이 되므로 주의해 주십시오.
