LT Stačiakampių oro sklendžių montavimo rekomendacijos
Stačiakampės oro sklendės gali būti montuojamos ant vėdinimo įrenginių, ortakiuose ar ant sienose įrengtų oro angų (žr. 1, 2, 3, 4 pav.). Sklendės
tinkamos montuoti tiek paimamo, tiek ir išmetamo oro srauto pusėje.
Sklendes transportuokite ar kelkite naudodami tam tinkamas priemones (padėklus, diržus, atramas). Nekelkite sklendžių imdami
jas už plunksnų, jų ašių ar pavarų, ant sklendžių nekraukite kitų sunkių daiktų. Užtikrinkite, kad sklendės korpusas nesideformuos
negrįžtamai jas transportuojant, perkeliant ir montuojant.
• Sklendės montuojamos tik taip, kad jų plunksnos būtų horizontalioje padėtyje (žr. 5 pav.)
• Prie ortakių sklendės tvirtinamos flanšinėmis „L" profilio jungtimis, naudojant universalius tvirtinimo veržiklius. Jungties sandarumui užtikrinti sujun-
gimuose būtina naudoti priklijuojamą tarpinę (rekomenduojama 12 × 6 mm). Rekomenduojama klijuoti vientisą tarpinę, t. y. nesupjaustant jos į keletą
dalių. Tvirtinimo veržiklius reikėtų išdėstyti lygiais ne didesniais nei 265 mm tarpais (žr. 6 pav.)
• Montuojant sklendes ant angos sienoje jos prisukamos varžtais. Varžtus privaloma parinkti tinkamus konkrečiam sienos ar pertvaros tipui ir įvertinti
kad jie atlaikytų sklendės svorį (ypač montuojant didelių gabaritų sklendes). Tarp sklendės ir sienos priklijuokite sandarinimo tarpines arba užtikrin-
kite sandarumą kitomis sandarinimo priemonėmis. Varžtus iš pradžių prisukite priešpriešiniuose sklendės kampuose, o vėliau juos sukite paeiliui vis
kitoje sklendės briaunoje (žr. 7 pav.). Taip bus lengviau užtikrinti, kad sklendės korpusas nesideformuos montavimo ar eksploatavimo metu. Varžtus
reikėtų išdėstyti lygiais ne didesniais nei 265 mm tarpais.
Draudžiama varžtus sukti į sklendės korpusą tose vietose, kur jie trukdys plunksnoms judėti arba blokuos vidinius sklendės kompo-
nentus (krumpliaračius, svertus ir t. t.)
• Montuodami sklendes bet kuriuo iš minėtų būdų, visada įsitikinkite, kad jų korpusas neišsikreipęs. Prieš užverždami tvirtinimo komponentus peri-
odiškai pamatuokite sklendės įstrižaines ir atstumą tarp priešingų korpuso kraštinių (žr. 8, 9 pav.) – matavimų skirtumai turėtų būti ne didesni nei
± 1,5 mm (sklendėms iki 1400 mm) ar ± 2,5 mm (sklendėms didesnėms nei 1400 mm). Išsikreipęs sklendės korpusas pakenks sklendės sandarumui ir
trukdys tinkamai užsidaryti/atsidaryti sklendės plunksnoms, kurios ilgainiui gali ir visiškai užstrigti.
EN Recommendations for installation of rectangular air closing dampers
Rectangular air dampers can be installed on air handling units, ducts, or wall-mounted air vents (see Figures 1, 2, 3, 4). The dampers are suitable for
installation on both the intake and exhaust sides of the airflow.
Transport or lift the dampers using appropriate means (pallets, straps, supports). Do not lift the dampers by their blades, shafts,
or actuators, and do not stack heavy items on top of the dampers. Ensure the damper body is not permanently deformed during
transportation, handling, or installation.
• Dampers must be installed with their blades in a horizontal position (see Figure 5).
• The dampers are attached to the ducts using flange „L" profile connections, with universal fastening brackets. To ensure the seal of the joint, adhesive
gaskets must be used at the connections (recommended 12 × 6 mm). Using a continuous gasket, without cutting it into several pieces is advisable.
Fastening bolts should be spaced evenly, no more than 265 mm apart (see Figure 6).
• When installing dampers on a wall opening, they should be screwed in place. The screws must be selected according to the specific type of wall or
partition, ensuring they can support the weight of the damper (especially when installing large dampers). Apply sealing gaskets between the damper
and the wall, or ensure the seal with other sealing methods. Begin by screwing into the opposite corners of the damper, then proceed to screw in
the remaining edges in turn (see Figure 7). This will help ensure that the damper body does not deform during installation or operation. The screws
should be spaced evenly, no more than 265 mm apart.
It is prohibited to screw into the damper body in areas where they may interfere with the movement of the blades or block internal
damper components (gears, levers, etc.).
• When installing the dampers in any of the mentioned methods, always ensure that the body is not twisted. Before tightening the fastening com-
ponents, periodically measure the diagonals and the distance between opposite edges of the damper body (see Figures 8, 9) – the differences in
measurements should not exceed ±1.5 mm (for dampers up to 1400 mm) or ±2.5 mm (for dampers larger than 1400 mm). A twisted damper body will
compromise the damper's seal and prevent the blades from opening/closing properly, which could eventually cause them to jam.
