VEIKIMO PRINCIPAS
Ugunsdrošie vārsti ir paredzēti gaisa vadu noslēgšanai un degšanas produktu izplatīšanās
novēršanai telpās. Vārsta lāpstiņa normālos darba apstākļos atrodas atvērtā pozīcijā, nodrošinot
telpu ventilāciju. Aizdegšanās gadījumā, kad temperatūra gaisa vadā pārsniedz 70°C, izkūst
drošinātāja lodmetāls kā rezultātā tiek atbrīvota lāpstiņas aizvēršanās atspere. Blīvētājs, kas
atrodas apkārt lāpstiņai, temperatūras ietekmē izplēšas un aizpilda vārsta atvērumu.
Fire dampers are designed to close apertures in ventilation system to block expansion of
combustion products in premises. Damper blade is open when premises are ventilated. It is
opened by turning lever to open position. In the course of combustion, when air temperature in
the duct exceeds 70°C, material holding fuse plates together melts and spring in the closing
mechanism is released. Spring closes the damper and special gasket around the blade edges
expands fully sealing the aperture.
Priešgaisrinės sklendės skirtos uždaryti vėdinimo angas, siekiant apriboti degimo produktų
plitimą patalpose. Sklendės pertvara yra atidaryta, kai patalpos vėdinamos. Ji atidaroma
pasukant rankenėlę į atidarytą padėtį. Vykstant degimo procesui, kai ortakyje temperatūra pakyla
virš 70°C, išsilydo saugiklio plokšteles jungianti medžiaga ir atlaisvinama atidarymo mechanizme
esanti spyruoklė, kuri uždaro sklendės pertvarą. Pertvaros kraštuose esanti speciali tarpinė
išsiplečia ir visiškai užsandarina sklendės angą.

Ugunsdrošie vārsti ir izgatavoti saskaņā ar LVS EN 15650 standartu un atbilst
visām tā prasībām.
■ Korpuss ir izgatavots no cinkota tērauda, kas atbilst EN10142 prasībām.
■ Vārsta lāpstiņa ir izgatavota no ugunsizturīga materiāla.
■ Drošinātājs ir izgatavots no misiņa plāksnēm, kas savienotas ar viegli kūstošo
lodmetālu (kušanas temperatūra +70°C). Uz drošinātāja ir izštancēts KOMFOVENT
logotips un kušanas temperatūra +70°C.
■ Drošinātājs ir vienreizējās lietošanas un ir aizvietojams pēc aktivizēšanas.
■ Korpuss no iekšpuses gar lāpstiņas perimetru ir aplīmēts ar grafīta starpliku,
kura ugunsgrēka gadījumā izplešas un hermetizē vārstu.
■ Fire dampers are manufactured in accordance with EN 15650 standard and meets all the
requirements.
■ The casing is made from galvanized sheet steel EN10142.
■ The damper blade is made from a special fire-resistant material.
■ The fuse is made from brass plates connected by a readily fusible material. Fuses are available
of the following alarm temperature +70°C. The fuse bears the manufacturer's mark
KOMFOVENT and the mark indicating the melting point of the fusible material.
■ Fuse are single use only – it must be replaced after tripping.
■ On the inner surface of the fire damper it is placed a special gasket, which expands at the time
of fire and seals the fire damper completely.
