    Before putting the tower into service please make sure that there is no damage caused during transportation. Should there be any, consult your distributor or the manufacturer (GUIL) and do not use the ULK tower until it is in prefect working condition.
  • Page 20 If it were necessary to replace components, it is important that it is replaced with an original spare part. • Do not exceed the rated load capacity established by the manufacturer GUIL. NOTE: The use of a minimum load of 20 kg is recommended for the tower’s correct operation.

    • Ensure the lifting tower is completely levelled before lifting the load. • Never raise objects that make a large surface for the wind. If it is absolutely necessary please contact your dealer or the manufacturer (GUIL) for safety advice. •...

NOTE: It is recommended, as far as possible, the wheels rest on the surface to prevent the stabilising legs from overstressing.

    GUIL - ULK lifting towers AFTER EACH USE 1.- Completely lower the forks and remove any adaptor being used that is fixed to them. 2.- Put the forks into the storage position. MAGNETIC LOCKING BOLTS 3.- Pull out the stabiliser legs from the front and the back leg sockets and place them vertically on the base in the storage position.

    • A regular technical inspection of the ULK lifting tower must be carried out (depending on the regulations in your country and the frequency of use of the tower) by a GUIL authorised technician, to establish the condition of all its parts.
