7. Install the hard disk drive and bracket into the drive bay.
8. Using the signal cable that came with the new drive, connect one end of the

disk drive.
Note: If you are installing a 2.5-inch hard disk drive into the bracket, flex the
bracket, and then align pin 1 , pin 2 , pin 3 , and pin 4 on the
bracket with the holes in the hard disk drive adapter 5 .
