Configuring the Printer
Description
Selects whether or not a startup page is printed
when the printer is turned on.
Choices: On, Off
Default: Off
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
SYS DEFAULT MENU - STARTUP
OPTIONS - DO STARTUP PAGE
Selects whether or not printing continues if the size
or type of paper in the selected paper tray is differ-
ent from the size or type of paper for the print job.
Choices: On, Off
Default: Off
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
SYS DEFAULT - AUTO CONTINUE
Specifies the length of time until print jobs saved on
the hard disk are deleted. If Disable is selected, print
jobs are not deleted at a specific time.
Choices: Disabled, One Hour, Four Hours,
One Day, One Week
Default: Disabled
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
SYS DEFAULT MENU -
HOLD JOB TIMEOUT
This menu item appears only if an optional
hard disk kit HD-P03 is installed.
If On is selected, the machine will enter Energy
Saver mode.
If Off is selected, the machine will not enter Energy
Saver mode.
Choices: On, Off
Default: On
