Anwendung Die Abseil- und Rettungshubgeräte MaxEvac und MaxEvac 2K (im folgenden nur MaxEvac genannt) sind Rettungsgeräte, mit denen sich eine bzw. auch zwei Personen gleichzeitig oder mehrere Personen einzeln nacheinander von einem höheren zu einem tiefer gelegenen Ort mit einer begrenzten Geschwindigkeit vertikal abseilen können.
- Page 5 Es ist zwingend notwendig, dass vor der Nutzung des Rettungsgerätes ein Rettungsplan erstellt und implementiert wird. 4.1 Abseilen der zu rettenden Person Das Abseil- und Rettungshubgerät MaxEvac darf nur von Personen benutzt werde, die in der sicheren Benutzung unterwiesen sind und die entsprechenden Kenntnisse haben. Achtung: Seile beim Abfahren nicht über scharfe Kanten laufen lassen.
- Page 6 Achtung: Hubknarren vom Gerät abnehmen. Sie werden für den reinen Abseilvorgang nicht benötigt. Die erste Person den am Abfahrseil befindlichen Rettungsgurt anlegen.(siehe Bild 4 und 5) Gebrauchsanleitung Rettungs- bzw. Auffanggurt beachten. Jetzt am langen nach unten hängendem Abfahrseil so lange ziehen, bis eine straffe Verbindung zwischen Abseilgerät und Rettungsgurt hergestellt ist.
- Page 7 4.5 Rettung durch Heranfahren des Retters an eine zu rettende Person Mit dem Abseil- und Rettungshubgerät MaxEvac ist es auch möglich, daß der Retter direkt mit dem Gerät an die zu rettende Person heranfährt, diese anhängt, gegebenenfalls sich selbst und die zu rettende Person anhebt um z.B.
- Page 8 Instandhaltung, die regelmäßige Überprüfung und die Instandsetzung in der Sprache des anderen Landes zur Verfügung stellen. Beachten Sie auch die Gebrauchsanleitungen der Produkte, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Abseilgerät MaxEvac benutzt werden, sowie die jeweils gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften. Das Abseilgerät darf nur von einer in die sichere Anwendung unterwiesene und geschulte Person benutzt werden.

Application The Maxevac and the Maxevac 2 K (in the following text only called Maxevac) rescue device for descending and lifting are rescue devices by means of which one person or two persons simultaneously or several persons one after the other are able to vertical descend from a higher to a lower level at limited velocity.
- Page 11 It is required by the standard that the rescuer has to have a rescue plan and he has to implement it when using the equipment! 4.1 Lowering the casualty The MaxEvac rescue device for descending and lifting may only be used by persons who were instructed in the safe use of the equipment and who have the necessary knowledge. Caution: Make sure that the ropes are not running over sharp edges when descending.
- Page 12 All positions of the switch levers are maked “red” or “yellow” . All levers have to point on one colour, depending on the direction of use. The adaptors for the lifting ratchets (only MaxEvac 2K) are marked “blue” or “red” as well as the lifting rachets. Put the lifting ratchets only into the adaptor with the same colour.
- Page 13 Caution: Continue to hold the load with the lifting ratchet. Using the MaxEvac 2K the second lifting ratchet has to be switched too. Otherwise the second lifting has to be taken off by pressing the eject button on the backside head of the ratchet.
- Page 14 Please also follow the instructions for use of the products that are used in connection with the MaxEvac descender device and the accident prevention rules applicable in each case. The device may only be used by a person that is instructed and trained in safe practice. Only a regular practical training can guarantee a safe use.

Application Les dispositifs de rappel et de sauvetage MaxEvac et MaxEvac 2K (simplement MaxEvac dans ce qui suit) sont du dispositif de sauvetage, permettant de faire descendre verticalement à une vitesse limitée, d’un endroit élevé à un point inférieur, une ou plusieurs personnes simultanément ou plusieurs personnes les unes après les autres.
- Page 17 4.1 Descente contrôlée de la personne secourue Le dispositif de rappel et de sauvetage MaxEvac ne sera utilisé que par des personnes formées à son usage en toute sécurité et disposant des connaissances adaptées. Attention Lors de la descente, ne faites pas passer les câbles sur des arêtes aigues.

Le câble ne doit comporter aucune boucle et atteindre le point le plus inférieur du point de rappel prévu (voir figure 3). - Page 19 Continuez de maintenir la charge avec le cliquet de levage. Sur MaxEvac 2K, inversez également le second cliquet de levage. On peut au besoin le retirer par actionnement du bouton éjecteur du dispositif. Posez alors le câble libéré de toute charge dans les crochets ouvert, tirez fermement vers le bas et maintenez tendu.
- Page 20 Respectez aussi les modes d’emploi des produits utilisés conjointement avec le dispositif de rappel MaxEvac, ainsi que les directives anti-accident en vigueur. Le dispositif de rappel ne sera utilisé que par des personnes formée et entrainées à une application sûre.

El dispositivo de descenso y elevador de rescate MaxEvac y MaxEvac 2K (en adelante sólo MaxEvac) son equipos de rescate, con los que una o dos personas o más personas individualmente pueden descender hacia abajo verticalmente desde un lugar alto a otro más bajo a una velocidad limitada de forma simultánea o secuencial. - Page 24 4.1 Descenso de una persona que debe ser rescatada El dispositivo de descenso y rescate MaxEvac puede sólo ser utilizado por personas que estén capacitadas para el uso seguro y tengan las habilidades apropiadas. Precaución: no utilice cuerdas sobre bordes afilados durante el descenso.
