  • Page 8 • Keep surrounding area around the machine clean and sanitized. • Vi Tap equipment in the cupboard area below should be kept free of dust; the ventilation should not be obstructed allowing free air flow around the equipment. • Vi Tap nozzles should be removed regularily and cleaned with hot soapy water using a non abrasive cloth.

    Troubleshooting NO STILL WATER Can three litres of sparkling water be dispensed? YES - The still water side of the system is frozen. Unplug main unit for 24 hours, then plug back in, turn ON and check again. if this does not fix the issue, please call us to dispatch a service technician. NO - If only gas dispenses now, it is a water supply issue and requires a technician.
