Operating and Maintenance Instructions LC 25WR – LC 40WR – LC 60WR – LC 106WR – LC 151WR PUMP DESCRIPTION INTENTED USE AND CONTRAINDICATIONS 3.1.1 INTENTED USE DVP products covered by this manual are intended for PROFESSIONAL use only. The pumps described in this manual are oil recirculating rotary vane pumps. These vacuum pumps have been specifically designed to work with clean air, inert gas or small amounts of water vapour, having a temperature between 12 and 40 °C at the intake.

The sound pressure levels contained in the table of technical specifications were measured at maximum vacuum and outlet conveyed according to UNI EN 2151.

The installation area must meet all requirements of height, air circulation and meet the requirements imposed by existing legislation.

The air exhaust filter must be changed when it is damaged or clogged or when it has reached its authorised life as per Chap 6.2. Only use original DVP filters from the Air Exhaust Filter Kit (see Chap.6.3). Use of parts other than those approved by DVP can cause deterioration of the pump.

When purchasing spare parts, always quote the serial number and model of the pump (these can be found on the identification plate) as well as the spare part purchase number.
