Step 1: Assembly of the bases Mount the front base (4) and the rear base (2) on the main frame (1) with the help of the spacer sleeve (7), spring washer (8) and socket screw (9).

Confirm the programme with MODE/ENTER. 3.4.1 MANUAL MODE Press START in the main menu to start directly the training in the manual mode.

Various factors can affect the accuracy of the heart rate measurement. The heart rate measurement serves only as a training aid. Select a training programme with the encoder.
