Disabling the backlight dimmer

The screen is set to reduce its brightness 50% while on battery power. You
can disable this feature if you want full screen brightness regardless of the
power source.
To disable the backlight dimmer:
1 Turn on your notebook.
2 As soon as it starts and you see a startup screen, press F2. The BIOS Setup
utility opens.
3 Open the
