Warning!
Because a cultivator is a relatively fast
turning cutting tool some special safety
precautions must be observed to reduce
the risk of personal injury. Careless or
improper use may cause serious or even
fatal injury.
STIHL's philosophy is to continually
improve all of its products. As a result,
engineering changes and improve-
ments are made from time to time. If
the operating characteristics or the
appearance of your cultivator attach-
ment differs from those described in this
manual, please contact your STIHL
dealer for information and assistance.
This manual contains warnings,
operating and safety precautions for
the STIHL cultivator attachment.
Pay special attention to the safety
precautions outlined on pages 4 to 9.
Important Information
This STIHL cultivator attachment may
be mounted only to the approved STIHL
power tool models (powerhead with
shaft and handle system). For approved
models, see chapter "Mounting the
Attachment".
Warning!
Other combinations of the cultivator
attachment and non-approved power
tools are not permitted since they may
result in
- accidents or serious personal injury.
This owner's manual contains only
descriptions of procedures and
conditions in which the attachment and
power tool combination differs from the
basic power tool.
For correct operation of your cultivator
attachment and powerhead, you must
also refer to the appropriate chapters of
the owner's manual for the basic power
tool.
