SAFETY INFORMATION CAUTION To reduce the risk of personal injury, use only the screws provided with the outlet box. Be sure outlet box is properly grounded and that a ground wire (green or bare) is present. Before beginning installation, carefully check all screws, bolts and nuts on fan motor assembly to ensure that they are secured. -

FAN INSTALLATION WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not insert foreign objects between rotating fan blades (I). NOTE: The blade bracket (J) is provided with a protection cover to protect the surface of the blade bracket (J).
