Maintenance

Oil change

• After the first 50 hours of operation, change the oil by
taking off the crankcase cover. Remove the four screws ( A ),
clean out the used oil and any other impurities. Then
reattach the crankcase cover, refill the tank with oil up to the
indicated level, and restart the air compressor.
• Subsequent oil changes should be performed every 150
hours of work.

Cleaning and care

• Always keep the vents clean and free from obstructions to
ensure proper engine cooling.
• Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure they are
tightened correctly. If any of the screws are loose, tighten
them immediately.
• Use compressed air to clean the interior of the air filter ( B )
weekly. Replace the filter after 50 hours of operation.
• After operating the compressor for 16 hours, open the
drain valve ( C ) to discharge the water stored in the tank
resulting from condensation.
• After each use, disconnect the compressor and release the
air pressure from the tank by pulling the ring of the pressure
release valve ( D ).
• Perform regular maintenance on the compressor:
disassemble and clean all components using light oil.
Thoroughly dry the parts. When reassembling, apply grease
to the contact surfaces. If necessary, repair or replace worn
parts. Ensure proper assembly and adjustment of all
components.
• If the compressor is not used for an extended period, clean
and apply grease to the contact surfaces and air valves.
Service
• Any other service or fixture of the compressor must be
performed only at an authorized TRUPER service center.
Service and maintenance performed by unqualified
individuals can be dangerous and may cause personal injury,
in addition to voiding the product warranty.
