WARNING
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized TRUPER
service center to prevent any risk of electric shock or significant accidents. The electrical insulation of this tool is altered by
splashes or spillage of liquids during its operation.
Do not expose it to rain, liquids, and/or moisture.
WARNING
Before accessing the terminals, all power circuits must be disconnected.
Electrical requirements
WARNING
In the event of faults or breakdowns, the
grounding provides a path with minimal resistance for
electric current, reducing the risk of electric shock. This tool is
equipped with an electrical cable that has a ground
conductor and a plug with a ground connection. The plug
should be connected to an outlet that is installed and
grounded according to all local codes.
CAUTION
The use of electrical extensions is not
recommended for compressors. Their use causes voltage
drop, power loss in the motor, and overheating. Instead of
using an extension, extend the reach of the compressor by
connecting a longer hose to the outlet. Connect additional
hose sections as needed. Similarly, if you need to use a
pneumatic tool outdoors in humid or rainy conditions, you
can operate the compressor from a moisture-protected
interior and operate the pneumatic tool connected to the
compressor through additional hose sections without the risk
of electric shock.
• If connecting the compressor to a circuit protected by fuses,
use time-delay type 'D' fuses.
