Buenos días, somos una fábrica de embutidos y hemos adquirido un equipo (EVJ-500 series) la finalidad del equipo es para realizar chorizos oreado en 48 hs. Aún no hemos podido configurar el equipo para que realice esta función, pedimos ayuda al comercial que nos suministró el equipo y él tampoco ha sabido cuadrar los parámetros. Por lo cual solicitaría que por favor me pudieran brindar la ayuda técnica correspondiente para colocar los parámetros adecuados a esta función. Mi teléfono de contacto es 646848090.
