    Using Your Rotary Action Steam Cleaner FILLING WATER TANK NOTE: This unit features a continuous-fill Water Tank. It does not require any cool down period before refilling. 1. Unplug unit before filling the Water Tank. 2. Remove Water Tank Cap by pulling up on cap. 3.
