Chiudere sempre l’aria e scaricare il grasso in pressione prima di lavorare sulla pompa o sull’impianto. - Il rapporto di compressione della pompa GP72 é 58:1. Questo significa che il grasso esce dalla pompa ad una pressione 58 volte superiore alla pressione di entrata dell'aria compressa. -

8 - MANUTENZIONE IMPORTANTE! Qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione deve essere eseguita da personale opportunamente addestrato tenendo conto delle informazioni date da questo manuale. Verificare periodicamente che la pompa installata funzioni correttamente, che non vi siano perdite di fluido dai raccordi e che siano ben serrati. Chiudere sempre l'alimentazione del fluido all'apparecchio prima di eseguire qualsiasi manutenzione su di esso. -

9 - AVARIE E RIMEDI Di seguito sono elencate alcune anomalie di facile risoluzione. Se l’anomalia persiste o in presenza di altre disfunzioni NON EFFETTUARE INTERVENTI DI SMONTAGGIO SULLA POMPA, ma interpellare il rivenditore. La pompa non funziona - Pressione insufficiente dell'aria in ingresso....Aumentare la pressione dell'aria in ingresso - Linee dell'aria occluse....Pulire le linee dell'aria/Pulire filtro interno al componente 7259B - Valvole erogatrici chiuse o occluse..Aprire le valvole erogatrici o pulirle - Linee del fluido o altri componenti occluse...Verificare la pulizia delle linee fluido e dei componenti... - Page 8 3) Togliere una per volta le guarnizioni, i Fig.3 distanziali e le rondelle sfilandole sempli- cemente con un dito. 4) Con una chiave da 17 svitare la riduzione Fig.4 cilindrica (cod.7259B) che tiene bloccata la cuffia (cod.7480). - The pressure ratio of the pump GP72 is 58:1. This means that grease comes out of the pump at a pressure 58 times higher than the inlet pressure of compressed air. To prevent accidents from happening do not exceed the max. -

8 - MAINTENANCE IMPORTANT! Maintenance should only be carried out by suitably trai- ned staff, who are familiar with the instructions and information in this manual. Periodically check the pump for the leaks and smooth operation. Check that there is no fluid leakage from the fittings and they are tight. -

In case the problem persists or it is not among the ones here listed DO NOT CARRY OUT DISASSEMBLING INTERVEN- TIONS ON THE PUMP but contact our sales centres. Fermer toujours l’air et décharger la graisse en pression avant d’effectuer n’importe quel travaille sur la pompe ou sur l’installation. - Le rapport de compression de la pompe GP72 est 58:1. Druckluftzufuhr schließen und das unter Druck stehende Fett ablassen, bevor auf der Pumpe oder der Anlage gearbeitet wird. - Der Verdichtungsgrad der GP72 Pumpe beträgt 58:1. Dies bedeutet, dass das Fett aus der Pumpe mit einem Druck austritt, der 58mal größer als der Eintrittsdruck der Druckluft ist. -

8 - WARTUNG WICHTIG! Jede Wartung muss von einer fachkundingen Person ausgeführt werden. Sich periodisch vergewissern, dass der installierte Pumpe korrekt funktioniert, dass es keinen Austritt von Flüssigkeit aus den Armaturen-schwenkbar und Armaturen dicht sind. Es ist ratsam nach Gebrauch oder vor der Wartung immer den Zuflusshahnen abzu- sperren. -

9 - STÖRUNGEN UND IHRE BEHEBUNG Nachfolgend werden einige leicht zu behebende Störungen aufgeführt. Bei Fortdauer der Störung oder bei Auftreten anderer Fehlfunktionen KEINE EINGRIFFE AUF DER PUMPE VORNEHMEN ODER DIESE AUSEINANDERBAUEN, sondern den Händler rufen. Die Pumpe funktioniert nicht - Unzureichender Lu einlassdruck..Lufteinlassdruck erhöhen - Luftleitungen verstopft..Luftleitungen reinigen/ Reinigen Sie den Komponentenfilter 7259B - Abgabeventile geschlossen oder verstopft....Abgabeventile öffnen bzw. reinigen... - Page 29 3) Die Dichtungen, Zwischenscheiben und Fig.3 Beilagscheiben einzeln mit einem Finger herausziehen. 4) Mit einem Schraubenschlüssel Größe Fig.4 17, die zylinderförmige Reduktion (Kode 7259B) die die Haube (Kode 7480) fe- sthält, abschrauben. Den Verteiler von der Haube und vom Schalldämpfer (Kode 7454) lösen, um eine bessere Sicht während des Zusammenbaus zu haben.
